In all fairness to Ishwar, he dd not want to break relations with the family, he only wanted to divorce Shailaja. He even wanted to take Inder with him to US. It was Dadaji who decided that if Ishwar will not live with Shailaja then he will not have relationship with anyone in the family. Over the year Ishwar did try to get in touch with his children and other family members but everyone was stopped by Dadaji from reciprocating, out of fear of hurting Shailaja.

On the other hand, if a man comes home to dinner and then says that he's not leaving and walks into the DILs room, what is stopping Alok, Inder, Ilesh and Deepak from beating the stuffing out of him and throwing him out on the streets, if not to the cops. Are they men?

The main point is he MARRIED someone else and lived with her for so many years, without bothering about his prior family, not sending money for his children or elderly parents, even the letters he wrote to his mother were his selfishness and only written in the beginning.

what is annoying is that he wants everything to fall in his terms...First he wanted success on the cost of family..he did and now he again wants that family to fill the emptiness in his life...And along with that he shamelessly claims that he is ready to go through any punishment to come back...Really?? How about burning him alive 😃😃😃

Not every mistake can be forgiven and for god sake what he did was a blunder, not less than a murder...

1. If Ishwar did not want to break relations with the family...he would not have left a letter and went to US...he should have sat with his parents, explained his prbs. He never even wanted to come back to India...so he was not only breaking relations with BM, bt also with the family

2. He said he will take BM and the children to US one day and left. he came back after 5 years and yet said the same. When he left the letter and went, he said he will arrange something for the children,but never talked about takng care of them

3. What else can dadaji do. His son has married someone else in US, without telling him and without even getting a divorce from his first wife. And will it be fair on BM, if the family continues to keep relations with Ishwar even after knowing how big a sin he has committed. Think about how much humiliation BM and the family should have gone thru when the society would have come to know of this.

4. Now it was not fear of hurting BM that everyone stopped contacting him. Everyone was hurt by Ishwar's action. IT was total selfishness. No body wanted to have contact with such a person. Which son would like to have a father who left his mother and married someone else. Ishwar hence contacted only dadi. Did he once come arnd to India to check on the family.

So there could be nothing fair for Ishwar
