In all fairness to Ishwar, he dd not want to break relations with the family, he only wanted to divorce Shailaja. He even wanted to take Inder with him to US. It was Dadaji who decided that if Ishwar will not live with Shailaja then he will not have relationship with anyone in the family. Over the year Ishwar did try to get in touch with his children and other family members but everyone was stopped by Dadaji from reciprocating, out of fear of hurting Shailaja.
On the other hand, if a man comes home to dinner and then says that he's not leaving and walks into the DILs room, what is stopping Alok, Inder, Ilesh and Deepak from beating the stuffing out of him and throwing him out on the streets, if not to the cops. Are they men?
@ black: Beating up BP is not the solution...it will make him have even a greater desire to push ahead and chipkaofy to the Kashyap family like a leech. In fact, the more strongly the Kashyaps retaliate in hate and anger, the more BP acts shamelessly and forces his way in. Did you not notice that in today's episode and from previous episodes? Initially he was meek but with every negative reaction thrown towards him, his shamelessness, stubborness and pushiness increased. In today's episode, first it was Inder purposely splashing water onto him in anger. If someone throws water at me like that whether I'm deserving of it or not, it will spike my anger because no matter what it's a disrespectful action and it came from someone much younger. So I can understand that BP's anger was starting from there...then when all the Kashyaps started attacking him (rightfully so), he became more and more adamant to lash back in a way that would also hurt them.
Right now, I think BP's actions are stemming partly also from his ego being wounded: he has returned to India and to his family after he lost face in America when things are no longer going well there...then he's being insulted left, right, and center in front of his boss (KK)...then KK, who was initially a stranger and just a boss to him demeaned him as well...then BP just lost it. Like a wounded animal, he became childish too. How should I put it? It's like a kid having a birthday party with all his friends invited over to his house...while playing around, one of his friends breaks one of his toys...he retaliates rather violently...mother of the kid punishes him severely in front of his friends thus embarrassing him greatly...the little kid being all wounded, hurt, and upset decides to go against the mother when she finally tells him to apologize and stabs the other kid in the eye with a plastic fork used to eat the birthday cake. 🤣
So how is this analogy working out? Well, BP is like the birthday kid in that he initially did something that was wrong and uncalled for. Then like the kid, BP was also severly scolded/chastised/reprimanded/etc by the Kashyaps. Feeling put on the spot greatly and hurt overwhelming him, he decided to retaliate negatively: doing more bad and wrong and shameless things (ie, forcing his way into the Kashyap house).
So now that I've exhausted my point that beating up Ishwar Kashyap is useless...I'd also like to add that beating up someone stems from irrational behavior and that in a fit of rage, one can not usually see the consequences of their actions. What if while beating up, they beat him until he dies or is injured terribly? Inder has been shown so far that once in a rage, he isn't really aware of his actions until after he's calmed down. By then, he usually has said/done something mean or hurtful. So yeah...then Ishwar being Ishwar will probably do something as stupid as accuse Kashyaps for (attempted) murder 😆 and use that as a ploy to permanently make his place in their home since trial charges are unpleasant and time-consuming and a pain in the 🤬. 😆
So ya...for those who don't want to read this essay 😆, long story short: Ishwar Kashyap shouldn't be beaten up for above XYZ reasons. 😆
