I would like to congratulate the whole team of SGP who have portrayed many layers of emotions so flawlessly. I am so very touched by the small things that they've been doing in the recent exhibits. Radha bua making Kheer for Ishaan, Rano/Rajni packing snack to take to Mumbai and Alok buying "gol gappa" for his pyari si bahu! Such sweet, wonderful gestures, this what makes life worth living. Giving love is so rewarding because you receive it back ten folds with the warmest embraces and the gladdest hearts. These small yet important things show that you don't need to spend thousands to make someone happy or loved! All you need to do is show them you love them by giving the things they love and enjoy and spending time with them. š
It's the small affectionate things that make the big difference! āļø
We all go through so many phases of our lives, some good, some bad and some forgettable but it is through these phases that life teaches us what is most important to us! No it's not social/class or professional status nor does it have anything to do with superficial objects or monetary values but its our emotions and our sentiments. You can live your life like a king or beggar but true happiness is only attained when the stars of your bonds shine through with an abundance of emotions and sentiments. Nothing in life can compare to a mother's warm hug, nothing comes close to listening to Nani and Dadi's tales of stories while laying your head in their lap, and nothing gives so more joy than seeing your loved ones laugh and making merriment! This is true happiness! The bare necessities of life lies in your near and dear ones faces, when they smile you smile, when they laugh, you laugh, when they cry you cry! That is the real life, it's like a manifestation of various emotions and sentiments, not anything nor any being can devalue their meaning or worth!
Lastly I would like to mention the very small yet very pivotal scene in the bond of Suhana and Meena. Though one is the daughter in law of the family and one is the maid, but seeing them quibble, you wouldn't think that was the case. Making coffee and juice and fulfilling each whim of her "choti bhabhi" was an every day task for Meena. She did her part with utmost duty with a smile, for she knew her "choti bhabhi" treats her just like she's apart of the family. Suhana never thanked before but we saw her open her arms and gave Meena a thankful hug, for all she's done! Any maid would be happy enough with just a "thankyou" but being embraced so tenderly was like an infusion of ecstasy. Of course Meena too did not go home that evening, just so she can spend time with Suhana! Wonderfully sweet and sentimental! Very well portrayed by the actors.š āļø
