For last few months CV's are repeatedly emphasizing on the fact that how irresponible and dumb suhana is otherwise there was no need to show sushaan's room scene today...so may be they are doing this so that when suhana goes to mumbai with ishaan they could show how responsible and matured she became when situation arised.

Suhana is getting selfish and posessive about Khushi ... cant wait till the real parents take her away so Sushaan can concentrate on having their own!
