She is most sweet and adorable mother- in-law on television.She handled her brat bahu Suhana very calmly and considered as her daughter.She had never misbehaved with her daughter-in-law,she infact took great care of Suhana by installing Ac at her room so that she wont feel suffocated and now when she is going through all emotional trauma,she is supporting her but at the same time she very tensed with Suhana and Ishaan's relationship
