@tej....i have been doing updates from may....so when u do updates consistently....u get the status of coolbie...which is a part of dev team...
the dev team will have viewbie...who will see thru how the forums is going...like posts and all...its aman for us....then we have mods...our mod is manasi...they will come when there are any issues..

Who is Aman? I meant who gives him the power to decide and the mods ..who decides who becomes the mods....in sabke peeche kaun hai and who develops the web pages and stuff

@tej...IF is run by vijay...he is like the global mod....
we have soo many members who are here from IF beginning....
so i think mods will be decided by him and some of his mates....
mods will be the one who have been here for a long time...

aman..is a she first...she must have been selected as viewbie...as she has been here for a long time...and she is interested in SGP...

coolbies like me and haaki...will be selected by may be mods of this forum...

i think it works like this...
