Ishaan gets mushy with his soniyo

Ishaan (Jay Soni) and Suhana (Ragini Khanna) of Sasural Genda Phool rocked the STAR Parivaar Awards in Macao with their chemistry. They performed on the romantic song Soniyo.

Jay who loved grooving to the dance number, exclaims, "It was wonderful performing on the romantic number with Suhana. We got great feedback for our act."

Ishaan not only performed but also hosted a segment with Disha bhabhi (Pooja Kanwal) and the duo managed to pull it off, even though they did not get enough time to rehearse. Ishaan reveals, "Unfortunately, we did not get time to rehearse as we had to shoot a bank of episodes before leaving for Macao, but I am happy that both my acts went off well."

Speaking about the Venetian where the actors stayed, Ishaan says, "It was great that STAR Plus organized the awards abroad. This was a novel experience. The Venetian was so huge that walking from one floor to another proved to be a cardio workout (laughs). Even locating my team members fromSasural Genda Phool in the hotel, proved to be quite a task," he smiles.

Ishaan talks about the favourite activity he loved doing, whenever he got some time for himself. "I took out some time from my schedule to shop. As I told you, it was really tough finding people since the hotel was so huge, eventually I ended up accompanying whoever I could find. This way I even made new friends. We truly became a parivaar during the STAR Parivaar Awards."We also got Ishaan to answer some questions posed by his fans.

Aarti Gaikwad from Mumbai asks: Ishaan is the sweetest husband of the TV fraternity. Will he remain the same always?
Ishaan - Yes, he will always remain the same. There is no doubt about that.

Shruthi from Bangalore asks: Were you always confident of winning over Suhana's love and making her fall in love with you or did you just take a chance?
Ishaan- It is not about confidence. If you really love someone your feelings will somehow reach them.

Priya from Ahmedabad asks:- I really love your show, it's so refreshing and relatable and I think you are perfect for the role, can't imagine anyone else in your role. Which has been your favourite scene from the show?
Ishaan- There are many scenes but if i have to choose from recent ones it is the one where I am talking to Suhana over the phone after finding out that she has brain tumor. I am smiling while talking but tears are coming out of my eyes.
