Laxmi.................wat a post...😍😍😍😍 u hv taken me back in time...n made me recollect all my special moments...!!

That first art book that my dadu bought me..

That first tricycle..that my baba bought me...

N the first pair of gloves that maa sewed for me....

Me have them all...n there hv been upteem times i hv found myself gazing at them....and recollecting those fun filled carefree childhood days..!!

It is this bond of love..that makes even so-called lifeless objects COME ALIVE 😳

Btw...one passing thot....

Shaunak yaar.... believe me in my parents' house there is still a huge junkyard lying with all the remains of the craft work i did .... my 10th grade confession bookof my pals , my music book (with lyrics of even the 3rd class songs😆) .... and now my child also dumps all his tinkle collections there so that he reads it everytime when he goes on a vacation to India.... Even this vacation i sounded him to dispose off those books... he wud not listen.... i just remembered that when i read your post yaar....😆 I swear.... it is difficult to discard or dispose those things as it matters a lot to us.... 😭

Yes....👍🏼.... these things Tanu have so much energy in them they can drive us back to our past and make us feel so good about those days... and yes childhood is one of the best phase one can ever have.... so these childhood stuff matters a lot for us as they become golden memories.....

It is this bond of love..that makes even so-called lifeless objects COME ALIVE 😳 How well said yaar.....👏👏.... true.... we feel blissful remniscing our memories due to these objects....

As usuall full on marks to Laxmi, I was thinking since yesterday on similar lines. And I must say , I am not a hoarder of things, I keep the memories inside me and move on. But I have my late Ammi,s Chashma, her hair bands, her hair brush with her hairs still in it, her hand written letter which she wrote to me ages ago , I found it in my books , her clips , lipstick, we gave most of her clothes to the charity but I kept her two Dupattas , which she use to wear it for prayer, I can still smell her in it.
I have all the baby cards I revieved for my children, yes I must confess I am keeping my childrens achievment cards and certs.
Materialistically my husband is worst, he doesnt want to part from anything, and I have to lie sometimes, about his shirts that ISTRI SAY JAL GAI THI TO PHEK DIYA!!! he still misses his car , which we all hated as there were rats living in the boot as , but he loved it, he had to throw it as it eventually as it failed the road safety test and still whenevr he sees something similar he shouts " DHEKO IS KAI PASS TO AB TAK YEH GARI HAI MERI GARI KAISAI FAIL HO GAI".
So yes Ishaan was superb yesterday, Suhana in the last scene stole the show.

thanks for such a lovely post laxmi.... brought back so many memories.....

here is my list of things that i m obsessed with

1. like ishaan even i m obsessed with my scooty . it was the gift that my mom gave me..even though i don't use it from last 3 years i make sure that nobody goes near that.. and knowing my temper nobody dares going anywhere near it....

2. i m also obsessed with my mobile...i m using the same one for last 3 years... my mom wants me to buy a new one but i want to use this only as long as i can.. bcoz my younger brother brought that mobile with his first salary... so i m emotionally attached to it...

U made me emotional Sheems.... to confess...i lost my MIL just 3 months back.... this vacation was depressing for me.... as i had been there to spend time with her..to take care of her...but she passed away soon... it was a jolt in my life and the moment i missed her i wud open her wardrobe and just feel her sarees.... i cud smell her with tears in my eyes.... my husband has retained her denture set, her specs, her comb to name a few.... I can understand those r some materials to others....but for us... treasures....

Oh u too Brutus....going the Bholu way??? just one doubt: Do u hug and kiss your scooty the way Bholu does it???

Thanks Laxmi for sharing your thoughts, arai Ishaan ki scooter is like a BRAT , Ishaan nay us ko SPOIL kar Diya jabhi chalti nahi thi!!!
Itnai Nakhray to Suhana Bhi shayad na Dikhay!! but really Pyar to uska Sacha hai apni DHANNO kay liyee isi liyee woh wapas us kay paas aa gai!!!
So Ishaan applied the formula that " If you love some one let it go, if it comes back to you, it means it was meant to be for you, if it doesnt then it was not meant to be yours in the first place" . So he applied the same kind of formula with Suhana, she stayed back and now the scooter.
