Panna tells Suhaana she is very lucky to have a MIL like Badi Ma and she should always take care of her. Suhaana says always? Badi Ma questions that she wont take care of her forever? Panna jokes that Suhaana is threatening Badi Ma that she wont take care of her forever. Badi Ma pulls Suhaana's cheek and tells Panna that her DIL is very sweet. Suhaana leaves telling them to keep talking and she will bring her coffee and come. As she leaves Badi Ma tells Panna that relationships are made by fullfilling them (Suhaana is standing outside the doorway listening to this and she has a serious look) Badi Ma tells Panna to make an effort and Panna hugs Badi Ma and tells her she is trying very hard. Ilesh questions one of the guys if he has a general knowledge book as he needs to know the height of the Eiffel Tower. The guy tells him not to get caught up about general knowledge as this is a construction company and you need to know the rate of cement and iron. 2 of the guys question him further if he has knowledge about other stuff related to construction. Ilesh says he only knows the rate of potato. Back in the conference room where people are being interviewed, the lady who had crashed into Ilesh turns out to be the boss and she tells the other company people to appoint Ilesh for the position as he is exactly what they are looking for. The company heads tell her it could be risky but she tells them she has met Ilesh and they should just give him an appointment letter. The lady boss tells them that she knows him but he doesnt know who she is. And she tells them not to let him know that he has got this job based on anyones recommendation. Ilesh is called in and he nervously sits down. The company heads question him on basic stuff and when they ask him if he knows the rates of iron, cement etc but Ilesh says he just knows their related to construction and he has seen many buildings being made. The comapny heads tell him that then he must have a lot of experience and they welcome him to the company and tell him that he will surely help the company advance. Ilesh looks confused and makes a joke. The company heads laugh and question what his salary expectations are and Ilesh says in todays time one should not even keep expectations from ones father 😆The company heads say they will offer him 15,000 at which Ilesh is shocked and they move up to 20,000 and when Ilesh is continuously shocked they finalize at 30,000 and Ilesh faints 😆</font></div>

Rano jokes that they did not have as much difficulty raising their kids as they do dealing with Suhaana.
