The show enjoyed unbound success right from its launch and changed the viewing pattern of the early evening slot making it a hit.

Once Zee TV clocked 7:30 pm timeslot as the most popular and viewed slots on television after the successful run of Chhoti Bahu, several other shows popped up trying to milk the rising viewership and dethrone Bahu. And persistence resulted in success and soon the new player in STAR Plus' Sasural Genda Phool, became the hot favoruite of the viewers, thereby Chhoti Bahu being sidelined.

God Bharaai needs to end anyways....who even freakin WATCHES that pathetic show?? WHY is it on air is a question that occurs to me everyday as Sony airs 3 MONTH OLD promos of it anytime I turn on the channel.

Looks like CB is in trouble now too....not surprising....another show that needs to end.

SGP rules....any show that tries to compete with it in this timeslot better watch out :P.....abhi toh the prime-time shows should thank their stars that they don't have to compete with SGP in that time-slot...nahin toh unhein bhi pata lag jaata :P

I freaking HATE CB and Godhbharai with a passion (CB because that's all my grandmothers watch and it gets on my nerves and Godhbharai because its on Sony and because of that show my fave YRF shows got sidelined!)

Funny because I was on the CB forum for some odd reason the other day and read peoples comments on a similar article about this where everyone was saying that this was was nothing in front of CB! Hello to all SGP fans. I usually come to this forum to check the ratings of the show because I want to see it in the top 10 soon. I am crossing my fingers that I do get to see it soon in the top 10.

Choti Bahu is still on air. 😲😲😲 I do not watch any Zee tv shows and so I thought CB must have already ended. Hence, this news is a shock to me.

No show can compete with SGP. Any show that even tries to compete all I can say is bachke rehna SGP is too good to even think about competing with it.

SGP rocks and it is the best show on SP. All the prime time slot shows must be very happy that SGP is not at prime time otherwise it would have been @ No.1.

The cast of SGP needs to party since the show has been very successful. 🥳🥳
