i guess in this section only the active members can participate...also we want it to be fair so we can't count the votes of the members who are not a member of SGP forum to vote...its strictly IMO...cz we don't wany any biasness...

the newbies and silent members can participate and also vote in the contests and the arivaar awards...

what do you think??
