u know ishana's mum she is really sweet and cute but i don't get her u see and u know when the moment she is supposed to be in then she is not i mean when it was the whole family went to see suhana but ishana's mum was not there even though she was soo excuited about and even for the wedding she didn't go why it is her son's wedding u know at the time she is supposed to be there then she is not. u get me pple init.

Hey....dear......well she din go to the wedding since as per Bengali tradition......Moms dun go to sons wedding........

Their's was not a bengali wedding but a punjabi one......................real reason is that the lady who plays ishaan's mum was unwell so was not able to shoot the wedding sequence.

shruti ulfat the actor playing ishaans mom was unwell when marriage sequence was shot so the cv's manipulated by showing rano to be at home for welcoming suhaana along with badimaa.well i don't think kashyap parivar are bengalis ???

Yh Shruti was unwell.......but since the show is adapted from the Bengali OBS...i thot that culd also be a reason...

well dear in hindu tradition whether it is bengali aur punjabi or any one mom doesnt go to the baraat as they do puja in the night nd the women dance enjoying themselves as there son will bring a new generation in the family so they try to rejoice at that time nd also they have to do lot of puja coz the next day a new bride will cum
