Agreed! Suhana gave the money to the doctor without expecting any payback in return. Neither did she blow her own trumpets for calling the doctor to check on Dadaji. Just because it was a false call, people are teasing her. But if it were a true heart attack, (which no one except the doctor would've been able to find out), then they would've praised her thoughtfulness.
Her innocence gets her in trouble with the Kashyap parivar. Even with the chicken issue: Suhana didn't ask for it. Badi Maa and Rano wanted to feed her chicken. Yet Dadi was upset with the fact that only Suhana gets chicken, and Badi Maa had to defend her.
Apart from Badi Maa and Ishaan, I don't think anyone understands her.
