Well,I guess my topic headline is way too rude but I seriously couldnt stop myself from bringing out this topic.I am seriously upset about the way the trps of Sasural Genda phool are progressing.....I just have few things to share..

1)TRPs are calculated on a sample survey...some trp machines are installed in some homes(not all homes) and then they see sample viewership and calculate the TRPs...so it is an approximate calculation and NOT an accurate calculation....U guys only tell me na....whether any TRP machine is installed in your home or not???So just a few group of people seriously cant determine the popularity of a serial...even I&B minister has the same thing to say....."told the media that the present TRP (TV rating point) system has failed to represent India. According to Soni, 10,000-odd peoplemeter boxes cannot determine the choice of the 'aam aadmi' in the country. "

2)We seriously cant depend on indiantelevision trp ratings coz the trps differ.i just cant get when a company like TAM is giving out the same data to different websites,why do the ratings differ??

Have a look at the trp rating of SGP 1 week by two different websites.how can they differ...

See when TRPs differ,how can we believe in these reports????

I am not bashing anyone or any show but still in this cluster of non relatable and unrealistic shows,I find sasural genda Phool the most relatable and realistic(I'm definetly not being a fanatic here😆)but alas people are not ready to watch such simple shows...They are only interested in confusing plots and larger than life shows which adds more stress to the viewer 🤪and I guess here SGP is different........I feel relived seeing such a show after a tiring day😊

Sorry for the length of my post but still wanna say to the viewers of SGP who like watching the show,please keep on watching irrespective of the TRPs becuase this show will rock big time now and I guess star plus will not stoop down so much as to pull off this show due to low trps....

I just wish the team of SGP all the best👍🏼

well, i think SGP has a good feel to it and it will surely do well...these trp's are of march..

i always liked yrkkh but now it's deteriorating..i think pratigya and SGP r 2 promising shows....no offence to bidai fans but i never felt the connection with it..now the main issue which was ragini's dark complexion is also tackled and she;s not dark anymore ! sadhna's bidai has happened thrice and looks like maamaji has money only for her weddings and bidai and in the rest of the episodes he's worrying abt where to get the money to buy veggies from ! both bidai n yrkkh will be out of audience memory very soon, the way they r going..

now that suhana and ishaan are married, the trp's will pick up for sure..

Dear Rijul... as much as i sympathise and understand ur feelings.. that SGP being such a realistic show surely deserves better ratings..!! Also that the current TRP system is definitely pathetic....

I still do no appreciate PULLING DOWN or SARCASAM on other SP shows..!! I enjoy SGP and in the same feel.. i also njoy.. Bidaai & Pratigya..!! I dont think.. one show can be compared wit the other..!!

While we can only chose to look at the positives of SGP .. we cannot benefit by pointing the negatives of other shows...!!

At the end ... tell me.. how the TRPs can be better.. when the show airs at 7.30pm..when half of India is WORKING or coming back from office??

I m sure..majority people either catch the repeats or watch on YT.. and neither contributes to TRPs... & ofcourse... damn the TRPs...for SGP surely is a rocking show...❤️

I already watched the omnibus of SGP today from morning...and i'm also planning to watch it tomorrow.....coz this week's epi's were awesome.....my parents are worried...they think i have become a serious SGP fanatic big time and a fultoo addict....har waqt mere tv mein only Sasural Genda Phool😆

Hey Rijul...i don't care about TRPs at all and have often been surprised by the so called high TRP of some shows....won't name any show here. We all have our own sensibilities and reasons for watching a show. I for one love SGP totally. I am happy SP brought in a show like this one. Honestly I am surprised becoz I have never been an SP fan at all.....I love this show n hope it continues to portray real charatcers n people.

But 7:30 is an odd time in India so I guess, so called TRPs will never be very high. My only hope is this show isn't pulled off prematurely citing "low TRP" as a reason...something that has happened to many good shows earlier....

SGP rocks totally!!!!!!!!!! Conitnue the good work u r doing showmakers...you do have loyal audience who ebjoy this show.

First of all, I don't think SGP comes under prime time. Secondly how r people supposed to know that this show is really different. I mean all starting promos r very happy and nice but all serials turn out to be same. The only reason I told my family to watch this show was because some people on the net said that the original version did not have any vamps and negativity and it was a funny show. How r people who don't come to the forums(that is the majority of people who watch serials) supposed to know about this?😕
