The episode starts with Somu telling Saro that she's his father's youngest DIL. Manisha comes and declares herself as DIL. Somu says to Dushyanth that he can't believe his father can cheat on him. Sangram says he betrayed instead by marrying Saro & Dushyanth, who had promised to marry him to Manisha kept his promise. Manisha touches Somu's feet saying that she is taking her husband's blessings. Somu doesn't accept her as his wife. Sangram says his daughter isn't a waste that he can dump her, he has to accept her as wife. Somu says marrying photo is not a marriage. Manisha tells if doing pheras taking someone on lap is marriage then holding photo is a marriage too. Dushyanth says he did the right thing. Manisha & Sangram continue their blabbering while doctor intervenes and shuts them up as his patient needs sleep. Somu says only his wife will stay with him. Manisha starts her drama again but Dushyanth calls her and says once Saro returns home she can meet Somu. Manisha walks out of room & starts mourning that she obeyed Dushyanth and married somu but is now being punished for it. Sangram consoles her saying that she can do anything to get sonu and he will support her.
Somu tells Saro that he did a big mistake by bringing her here & it is better to die than going away from her. Saro gets emotional & starts crying. Somu wipes it off and says they'll go back to Delhi soon. She thinks Dushyanth & Sangram are behind her life, so she should leave from here without taking risk anymore.
Dushyanth tells Manisha that they have to break somini's love. Manisha says boastfully that she knows how to throw Saro out. Dushyanth and Sangram starts praising her. She is about to enter room but nurse stops her saying she need to clean the room.
Saro sees sunrays falling on Somu and covers her sari on his face. BG music starts playing (Na seekha jeena tere bina humdum). Somu wakes up and their eyes gets locked immediately. He says he is sure that she won't leave him now and is very happy. Saro says she'll leave but with him only. Saro is to arrange ambulance. Somu asks her to take Dadaji's help. He smiles seeing her retreating figure.
Dushyanth outside stops Saro saying she didn't do right by telling truth to Somu. Saro says she said half truth as she doesn't want to trouble him. Then she leaves leaving angry Dushynath behind.
Manisha comes to Somu & begins her drama again. She says she's his maid & wife then why is he trying to go away from her. He says his real wife is saro so she should stop bothering him. Manisha fumes seeing no use of her drama.
Precap: Saro comes in Somu's cabin disguised as nurse. Just when she tries to take somu out Manisha wakes up and asks where is she taking her husband.
