- While Dushyant's family is devising a plan against Sarojini, Somendra shows up and asks them about their plan. Somendra's grandmother handles the situation saying that they were only discussing about his and Sarojini's 'Graha Pravesh'. Somendra inquires with his family about Sarojini and they lie to him by saying that Sarojini is preparing for the puja. Somendra decides to check on Sarojini but hears someone calling him from outside. Hearing Sarojini's voice, Somendra's mother and grandmother create a distraction and mask Sarojini's voice with the sound of the utensils.
