I dont about other serials in vijaytv but bang on about the cast ensemble of SM, all give good to very good performances... I truly like Pandi's attitude, Myna's dialogues, Douglas affection, other characterizations too. VM chemistry is lovely.

The actign team is strong in SM both SM1 and SM2 as compared to other Vijay TV serials(

Pirivom Santhippom was good team too.

I don't watch DTV so not sure

Kavin was average in the beginning but he improved so much

what annarasu did was a normal thing, one has to be extra oridiarily good to call/present his own child guilty in front of others.

n Rachita has good screen presence in terms of her personality n also has a super expressive face, so she wud need someone doing equally or more than her.

I have no clue about KMKV just know that Priya n Kavin are the recent chosen ones by Vijay TV to be in the lines of Ma KaPa DD Siva etc...the exclusives of the channel.

No complaints about kavin acting or comparision with Priya.

Rachita is really talented, I like here screen presence. My opinon, her acting was natural and good during love with saravanan, story was neat and all the character had some value and everyones characters where unique. But after marriage, I too feel she does overacting with kavin.

The character Vettaiyan is both loved and hated. The fact that the director had to make all the good characters bad to make this one character good makes it not beautiful. For a character to be really good and beautiful, it has to excel above other good characters. Just barely shining above all the bad characters is no big deal. Saravanan's character was elevated while all the other characters were good and the standard was raised high. Shining among the stars and shining in the dirt is not the same.

Further, Meenatchi had lost all her memory. With that goes all her experience and education. In this condition, she is incompetent. Being chosen by her at this time is not something to celebrate. Taking advantage of this situation looks very bad on Vettaiyan's character. I am surprised that Vettaiyan would do something like that because he is the same person who kidnapped her on her engagement day.

Well, there are some people faithfully watching this show. Good for them. Here is a story that is messed up by main actors leaving. From what I am hearing, the director is being forced to end the serial undone. There is not going tobe anything to celebrate right now, no matter how he finishes the story.

the difference between vettaiyan character and saravanan character has well explained, its very easy to shine while all the characters become negative. Even the director made kalaiarasi also negative at one point. he left only two person Myna and rajsekar without spoiling their characters.

I think the character of Meenakshi is that, n I feel Rachitha was more than adequate in bringing out those confusions, doubts, acceptance/avoidance, anger along with Meenakshi's original goodness, ( she ddid try to do her bit to save vettaiyan even when she wanted him out of her life)

Romance with Vettaiyan wasnt really possible before the accident part na, yet the screenplay was good to keep the viewers guessing on the couple's equation and the tension between them was played out well.

Also, its jsut today I have started watching the episodes before marriages, two cents of mine.

1. Rachitha strikes chord with most of her co-actors. It isnt easy to have diff male leads in the same show n still keep up the chemistry.

2. Saravanan saying "VM jodi poruthma good" and Vettaiyan taking around Meenakshi to keep her happy, connecting his sentiments in marrying her (when we were to believe him only as a comedy villain or anything) surely indicated he is going to be one of the main leads anytime or may be he was always contemplated to be one. the reasons that other leads left or had to leave, n there was always a good visible chemistry between VM would have made sure they take the show as SM as in Saravana Perumal n Meenakshi instead of Sakthi Saravanan n Meenakshi.
