These were my thoughts on yesterday's episode that I posted on Arshi's thread.
"I agree its sad and un-saras like to see him ignore Kumud's feelings like this. The way she pleaded with him during the photo scene was heart-wrenching. But Saras too almost gave in.
And agree this is not the way. But once he embarked on it, he is being fair to it. Because, kumud still is stuck to her position that she is the cause of all his troubles and staying away is the solution. But when she talks to Saras she has been telling him how Saras can't live without Kumud and how he lived only for her. So she is contradicting herself. And that's what Saras is aiming for. And he mentioned the same to Dugbaa in the precap.
Kumud ki zidd aur pagalpanti ko pagalpanti se hi theek karna hai. But agreed he is stretching it too much.
I liked the episode. The flow was ok(sans Guman). I am looking forward for a showdown between Saras n Kumud. Big and dhamakedaar argument/confrontation. But don't have much hopes on CVs."
And regarding today's episode, I didnt see it but read the WU.
He not only called it right regarding his so-called treatment plan but did it with conviction. He made her realize that they need to be together especially if they think they are the cause of someone's existence. When she knows and says Saras lives only for her, why would she go away from him. Loved the thought process. He clearly made her say things she herself was running away from.
Along the way, he behaved un-saras-like when she pleaded. But he knew it coming(what Kumud was going to do) so he was prepared and eventhough he slipped and gave in many a time, he recovered.
But he couldn't control his instincts in the precap. So when Kumud is in trouble, Saras has to come to her rescue. All other things be damned. That's his instinct. Kumud scored a sixer.
I only wish there is a big confrontation between them. Pleaseee CVs.
PS: Saras is saras. He does what he does with conviction. The only instance where he behaved in an insensitive way(if you put aside that fateful night where he was wrong) was when he forced Kalika to marry someone by threatening her. Even then, he didn't have a doubt in his mind.
