Perhaps Kalika has some connection with Gumaan too... . at least they both share a scheming villainous brain...wonder if Gumaan and Murakhdas ever crossed paths?
Anything is possible in SC these days, especially since the story has moved well beyond the source novel!

Maybe murkhdas was to Guman what jugnu was to Kumud, he was madly in love with her, but LN came and took her away, and poor moorkhdas was left khali haath.
