well thats a true story in samud's life.

lets have a flash back ...

- a phone call broke their marriage

- saras could not reach kumud , cause her phone was broken on the marriage date

-saras could not wish kumud happy b'day ! ( cause , on the phone your invisible )

- Saras did not pick up Kumud's call so she had a accident ( well if he would have , all this mess would have got avoided ... )

- and the current track of this useless phone which kumud carries along with her , I think she must have signed the form without reading the terms and conditions

well if that phone has some terms and conditions , i feel they are :-

1) your battery life will last a hour

2) then you need to charge if for about one day again

3) this thin will never catch signal

4) has an excellent feature of switching itself after a ring , this might help it to extend its battery life which turns out to be unnecessary.

5) it needs a dip in the water once in a while to be efficient enough to complete its functions of being utterly useless to the use. please let it have a splash , or drop it on the ground ... otherwise , it would even refuse to get charged !

ENJOY THE PATNERSHIP OF THIS PHONE !

( it does not make you feel like you have it , as it never rings ... !!!!! saving you from dacoits who want to steal it ! )

Sounds perfectly like it ... what do you feel is missing in the terms and conditions ? Would love to read your views

Wow... superb post.. 👏 one more term and condition is when someone calls, they should not pick up because the battery will not work and if you pick and say hello then it will get cut and from the next time if someone calls, then it will either ring or un reachable or switched off..

Another term and condition is that, this phone tends to be away from the network area, n no way u r going to get range even if u r in a area with full network!!

Good post. The phone is so ugly that you don't feel like calling your partner from that phone.
