Gautam Rode: Well I didn't know it's World Sleep Day today and guess what, I slept properly today which I don't do regularly. I sleep only for four to five hours in a day. I think it is a cycle that we have got used to it. Other than shoot, we have to stay fit and also indulge in other activities; so I am hardly left with ample time to sleep. But to live a healthy life, adequate sleep is very important.
