Agree with you, apart from the fact that I would say she isn't being "selfish", but stop being "selfless" and embrace her own heart for a change. For once just follow your path and not set those of others straight for them.
Kumud trying to make a match between her sister and Saras is wrong. It just is. Even if Kusum is weak, it doesn't mean she should expect Saras to put up with her stubbornness and go along with her wishes.
She went against Saras and released Pramad from jail, then she did it again by refusing to divorce Pramad. And now she is expecting Saras to give up his own feelings and marry out of pity. Hasn't he done enough for her family? Didn't he save them all from losing the haveli?
She came back from death only to ruin her life making Saras marry someone he doesn't love.
