Such a riveting episode after a looong time😊 The affect quotient peaked for the first time for me, the last time was the episode in which Samud meet at the puja after her wedding. It was VERY convincing when she said she'd listened to him making promises in her moribund state because I've heard a few anecdotes from patients stating similar experiences in the deathbed. (No scientific evidence exist as yet, though). So I dunno if the CVs did some research into NDEs. Either way, the lines from Kumud were too apt; highly logical (teacher hai na😆);no beating around the bush(fortunately Kumud is handicapped when it comes to that)," just convey your message as clear and concise as possible for her dobo to gather" seemed to be her mantra!
In that fateful eve of Samud wedding, she had essentially jotted out all the promises he made; about her love for him, how nothing else matters but him and only him, how she'd stay with him through thick and thin, and her family's dejection if he were to leave unceremoniously. Alas, if only she could have looked him in the eye, then
Am I seeing my old Kumud back? CVs don't disappoint us yet again by tainting with K's characterization all the time. And Jennifer was godawesome as usual ❤️
PS: According to the spoilers, S would be agitated to break the news about P's liver cirrhosis. Nani tells me that something similar ( S about P's death) happens in the book too in the SN caves when they meet again. So the million dollar Q is, are they now following the book albeit in a modernized setting? 😕
PPS: Why no CB?😳
