please clear the confusion

So I understand that the post about Pramad's biological father being revealed was UNTRUE and was a prank by someone in this forum. So all the rumors about Pramad being Kumari's half brother was all just a joke...so what was Bhuddidhan talking about "Pramad's khoon" or something the other day with Kumud? What is that all about?
