- I think the entire cast, not just Gautam and Jennifer, have done a spectacular job this week. All their listless, pale faces during the wedding was so in-tune with our mood. Gautam was brilliant today, I was a little sick to my stomach, but managed to plow through the wedding scenes.
- So Kumud now has Saraswati's payal. If that is not a good omen for the future, what is? Sweet touch there.
- She was thinking about Saras doing the pheras. How can she detach herself from him? Honestly the wedding was a perfunctory event. When you are married in mind to someone else, does Saath Pheras and SIndoor with your bridegroom have any significance? I know a lot of people will think that this cheapens the institution of marriage; but can these lovers help themselves? No one likes drama and complication in their own lives, but thats what makes for great sagas.
- I am getting more and more convinced that Pramad is no Ajay Devgan in HDDCS. Kumud got married to a faceless guy today. He could be a donkey for all she cares. Had their been a HDDCS angle, the Pramad actor would have been given significant scene presence.
- This Pramad guy better be evil, not just because we are all vested Samudians, but also because I dont want to feel sorry for him or his family.
- Yes this week feels a little rushed, but honestly even the CVs want to get done with this just like us.
- The CVs have changed the screenplay a lot from the novel. The fact that Saras will be soo close to Kumud on her Suhaag raat is quite filmy yet reassuring. What an avalanche of emotions they will experience! Am looking forward to that. Just dont want them to show any Kumud-Pramad consummation/foreplay scenes...please leave it to our imagination...after all you left a lot to our imagination for the Samud PMS scene. I for one was actually happy with the way they treated that.
