Rahil Azam to play the parallel lead

Rahil Azam best known for his character ofHatim Tai from Star Plus' Hatim and had acted in shows like Gulaal, Saarthi, Hitler Didi to name a few is back again to small screen with yet another interesting role.

A source informs that the actor is all set to enter the love saga Saraswatichandra on Star Plus. He will be joining hands with Sai Balal last seen in Phulwa and Prachiti Mishra. A new family will enter in Kumud's life to create a twist in a tale.

if sources are to be believed than this Sanjay Leela Bhansali's love story on small screen which somewhere relates to a Bollywood blockbusterHum Dil De Chuke Sanam is probably going the same way, where in Rahil's character will resemble the one played by Ajay Devgn in the movie. He will be the one who will apparently marry Kumud in the coming future. The family enters in order to ask a marriage proposal for Kumud.
All our efforts to reach Rahil Azam were futile. While Sai Ballal confirmed, " Yes, I have already started shooting for Saraswatuchandra and our family is somewhere similar to that of Ajay Devgn's from the movie Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam."
