So, there is some truth to all the supposed far-fetched posts that people having been making on this forum!!.

It was all very clear from the first few SBS/SBB segments on Saraswatichandra.

Those that do not want to see it, will find any excuse to support their favorites and insult few people that can think on this forum

Now to move on to the more thorny issues, I will not even express dissapointment at particular no-show because somethings you just have to accept when the warning signs are already there. But after watching this video, I went back and read again the much-maligned TC article. It certainly has a ring of truth around it now... However, post that we had many articles attesting to Jennifer's professionalism. Leading it was a timely intervention by the SC co-writer himself, Mr. Naithani. Now with all due respect to Mr. N, he also admitted that his impressions were largely based upon him briefing J as to the character of Kumud. And that would have been done way back in late Feb, I suppose. Then Mr. N shifted to another show and he had just got back to SC when he stood up for J based on his impressions THEN. As far as I'm aware discontent with Jennifer started in May or June sometime right? Before that everyone agreed that J was a Gem... Then recently, we had an article where Monica Bedi was asked the same... and her response was very cautious "she does not throw tantrums as such"... It leaves the rest to my interpretation. In contrast, her added praise of Gautam Rode was very spontaneous and left no room for any doubts whatsoever regarding GR. The point I'm trying to make is that J's endorsements are there, but they also add on to the doubts. And those endorsements don't seem whole-hearted, rather straddle the fence between diplomatic and cautious.

Coming back to the TC article, I now believe it was more accurate than any of us gave it credit for. It was very a clever and timely published piece, and it gave a warning to J that people on set are not going to stand up for this. Lies tend to be very vague, but these complaints were very specific and told us more than we needed to know, it also put J in a very bad light and perhaps issued her a much needed reality check. Post-that, her attitude regarding SC has improved, she is more free and spontaneous and her equation with GR has thawed to an extent too. But, the on-screen passion seems to be lacking that heat now, and I daresay, if these rumors are true, then we will be getting a lot more "ridiculous" articles in future, all designed to keep the show afloat and keep secure the livelihood of the people working on it. Because I honestly don't think J is going to get replaced and I also think that StarPlus know the downhill trend SC seems to be on. Hence no promo's of the show as such. It'll keep going till breaking point, then simply shut up shop.
