Too bad Yatin Karyekar could not stay for the proposal scene, he wd have been great in it, had a much more fluently expressive face... If you shut your eyes when new VC is on screen, his dialog delivery is good, just that the face doesnt match up to the (heart-on-his-sleeve, volatile) personality we have got used to...

Caught the 11 pm repeat today..

Liked the clean, clear, simple and heartfelt dialogue by saras ...no melodrama & very unique and different..

Money quote:
"Mein kumud se shuru hoke usi pe khatam hona chahta hoon"

So apt...describes his entire journey - past, present and possible future...and so true...our dikra doesn't do anything unless triggered by his sherni...even his proposal today was becoz of her 'motivation'. 😛

Wish though the background score was kept a bit muted...the effect of saras dialogue would have been so much more impactful...

Also noticed better attempts on promotion:
- tickers at the bottom in 2nd half indicating what's going to happen in the next epi and a promo (Dear God. a miracle if there ever was one!) in the break.

- and one large animated ticker clearly stating "Nayi Kahani Nayi Soch" above the Saraswatichandra logo... have the CVs listened?...should some of us 'non-purists' build our hopes for a happy final end?...👍🏼

Also whatever happened to the precap shown yesterday? Story change again? Or was it placed yesterday by mistake?...

So still confusion reigns...but net net...survived to live one more day...

That is true, his dialogue delivery is decent. I am still wondering why Yatin left or was replaced. Was VC of the show supposed to be a loud, heart on sleeve character or was it the way Yatin portrayed him? But then again the portrayal has to be approved by director.

• Kusum, first thought, is she also replaced?
• Somehow, didn't reach the height of some other episodes, somewhat contrived...

I was happy to see Kusum calling him Jijaji again.

I wanted to see Saras proposing Kumud infront of everyone...even though he proposed her offline.

Proposal was fantastic.. he said everything we wanted him to say..and how beautifully he said everything.. came out clean, plugged in all the gaps and closed all the loops..the reason for rejection, the infamous letter are all in the past.. the present is a happy life with Kumud.. how proud did LN look..notice how often he says mera beta these days.. Kumud was glowing in happiness.. Kumud pe shuru aur Kumud pe khatam-bold and ominous but promises eternity :)

New VC is kinda good.. Ironically, this one looks more like Dukhba's real brother than the old one.. lol though I miss Yatin Karyekar but this new actor has fitted in quite well .. he's subtle but effective..maybe not as emotive as Yatin jee..but I am looking forward to his scenes with Kumud to get a better idea.

P.S- Thank god Kusum has no choice but to call him jijaji now..

Saras proposed, He let his heart take the reins and everything went well. Finally it was giid advice from Sunny - it is matters of the heart so stop thinking n speaks ur heart out!!

And Gautam was unwell , so maybe that, but he was still very good

Liked that Kusum is being given some lines and shown to be sister like!
