She loves her father a lot, without a doubt but Kumud left VC and LN to fight it out amongst themselves and wasn't even that effected at first. It was only after Saras interfered, her temperatures got soaring. The argument between the fathers itself seemed ott and forced but once Saras and Kumud entered the picture, the scene was given oomph. They are intense in any given situation.
Ok so focusing on Kumud. I kept noticing her (not just because I love Jennifer's acting to death 😛) but because I felt she wasn't this angry for the sole reason her father was insulted. She was riled about the fact that it was Saras who did it. Often I've found her ego acting as an emotional shield. She always wanted Saras to stay but gave various reasons to keep him there, she helped him come out of his depression but put it down to obeying DB's request.
She almost seemed shaken up and extremely hurt and all she harped on about is how 'HE' insulted VC. How could HE say that? How could HE go against her? VC told her to go, even nudged her but she kept glaring at Saras. Notice her reaction when Saras shouts 'Kumud'. It hurt her immensly. If anyone else had said something to VC, she would have given a solid response back anyway but because it was Saras, it effected her way more. He effects her more than anyone. Jenny portrayed that intensity sooo well.
Not sure if I was the only one who felt that way?!
