They show his childhood only to show the reason for his present

action's and his pain and how kumu will help him.

Agree , but until unless the intensity of pain that Saras has endured is not shown Kumud cannot help him get over it and story cannot move forward. 😊

For Saras and Kumud to be together, Saras need to over come his pasted, which is been haunting him since long back. So it is very much needed to show how Saras gets over his past. I like the track, and its so nice to see how Kumud tries to help him.
