When there is crisis in the family, it is the responsibility of the family to stick with each other and make it through. Vidya Chatur and Guniyal have been doing it for years and today when they are going through tough times, the one person who stepped up to hold the family together is Dukhba.
She is performing the role of a perfect sister in law to Guniyal..she understood her action and the reason for it.. Kumud is extremely lucky to have the love and blessings of two mothers in her life.. One who gave birth to her and one who nurtured her..Dukhba's trust on Kumud is unshakeable.. She sees her own projection in Kumud.. If she can not trust Kumud then she can not trust herself.. !! She understands that Kumud has feelings for Saras and she allows her to keep them to herself if she wants to because, '' har koi apne man ka ek kona apne liye bacha ke rakhta hai, jisme jhakne ka haq kisi ko nahi hota'' everyone has a private corner in their hearts and no1 is allowed to peep into it ''
We have heard Dukhba shout at Saras and hurt him by calling him Guman's son...But today it was different.. She was talking about trust, right and hope because she has now feels all of that for Saras.. Her anger at Saras sounded more like constructive criticism meant for his own good ..
She knows Saras has to stay back not only to help Kumud win the trust of her father back but also to alleviate the burden of his own conscience...She is aware of the guilt Saras is feeling and today she gave him an opportunity to rid himself of it too..!!!
