I thought yesterday's episode was one of the best so far! - there was anger, intensity, confusion, hurt, and everything else that needed to be there. According to me, it was one of the most realistic episodes in the show so far! ⭐️
I realize some thought they were all over-acting, and there was too much ronaa-dhonaa, but really?! What else would you expect!?
- VC was hurt and ashamed of himself, because his own daughter and wife thought he was too weak to handle the news, and hid something as big as his daughter's engagement breaking from him! ..for almost a MONTH! Just think about it. How would your dads react? He was angry at Guniyal because she let things go so far, and he felt like a fool in front of his own family! Plus, a mention to the actor who plays VC - fantastic job! Great range of emotions 👏.
- Guniyal could not take her husband being SO angry at her, righteously. She could not bear the disappointment on his face, and she REALIZED her mistake, and speaking from experience, regret and guilt, are worse than anger at others..and being angry at yourself, can come off in different ways - sometimes when you are angry at yourself, you get angry at others. Guniyal being angry at Saras thus was completely justifiable! Her daughter's been rejected, and Saras was the man who rejected her! Yes, she had known for a month, but she finally had to face the consequences NOW, so therefore she was angry and sad NOW, instead of crying everyday for a month!
- Kumud, wait..just lets admire Jen's acting for one minute 👏. Yesterday, she was FANTASTIC. Her crying was not OTT. She was crying like an innocent, heart-broken child..and it was believable. Kumud is the kind of girl, who is loved by everyone, but more so her dad. She is an obedient daughter, used to getting her own way..never gets shouted on by her dad for anything - BECAUSE he TRUSTS her to make the right decision. Today, her decision in VC's eyes was completely wrong. Moreover, the blow of Saras's rejection hit her NOW, and hit her hard..because before there was hope, but now there is none, according to Kumud. Plus, Kumud has probably not used to rejection, and she finally realized that this attraction towards Saras was not going to get them anywhere. She was ashamed of herself, and her actions, and how far she let things go.
- Saras's regret was killing him. It was all his fault according to him..and TBH it kind of was. Only if he'd actually explain the real reason. Only if his step-mom was not such a b*tch. Only if he could mend what he had caused. He was filled with regret and guilt. He was dying when Kumud was crying. Everyone in the family who loved him and welcomed him and fought for him, was let down today, because of him. His Maii couldn't even look at him - and her sadness and disappointment was blatant, because she too was once a victim, and today she was witnessing her daughter go through the same fate.
My point is, they were ALL completely justified.
