If you like the show,watch it irrespective of its ending...enjoy the present,why worry about what's going to happen in the future?
Everybody keeps talking about wanting a unique story line,no Saas-bahu rona dhona,but in reality if something different is being shown,nobody accepts it...That is the reason why many of the run of the mill,mediocre shows are enjoying huge popularity...everybody keeps talking about change but viewers dont accept it...
This a great show,just a month old,those who love it will watch it inspite of whatever may be the ending 😊

Basically, i mn't ever post maker feather this i hardly try to make post but i wl comment in another's posts if i stay in this forum..n i also observe posts have many viewers but very much less comments.

I visit this forum quite often...the reason is solely Gautam Rode. But feel a little shy to comment...will try to become a little more active here henceforth. 😊

for me it has to do with time zone as well...the show airs so early for me but I still watch the episode on bed through my iphone but then I need to get ready for my uni and all that but I do try to comment most of the times but you are right, we don't really have many members participating in discussions but there are lots of members as seen through polls that have lots of votes!!!

The show is good and also reaches hinterlands of India as it is simulcast on Doordarshan. Whether it gets comments on forum or not makes no difference.

My family watches it and we like it so much that we even relish its repeat telecasts if we are free!

It is a tad tough for the show as it tries to show a story written in old times in a contemporary setting. Secondly, it has to balance between a love story and family drama and sorry to say at times its drama scenes resemble K serial trash! Not many would like it. Third, the gau hatya track was stretched too much and its not something that today's generation can relate to. Even I'd asked my dad if this was indeed such a big issue?
Fourth, SLB must distinguish it from his films. Nobody wants to watch the same old scenes right out of HDDCS or Devdas.

I still think SLB should have set the show in same era as original story. Gau hatya or dance and ghungroos looked down upon are not something which today's viewers can relate to. We don't see big deal made about dance or killing a cow by accident. But we'd have understood if the story had been set in that era.

Lastly: SLB has been just showing pieces of the jigsaw puzzle. The story is yet to unravel and make sense to the viewers. We still do not know why Saras wanted to consider celibacy, why his mother committed suicide or why Gumam wants to ruin VC and shame Kumud etc.

As soon as story unfolds and begins to make sense I am sure more viewers and commenters will come.

Exactly !!! On my GR twitter posts I get 12-15 likes but hardly 5 comments !!!
