Yes Kumari is dugba's daughter! And I don't know about her husband still.. I think they might just reveal it later cause she has sindoor on 24/7

Dugba was married to a guy who abondoned her and she sought shelter in her fathers house. That guy is not shown yet and may never be shown. Kumari is that man's and dugba daughter not LNV and Dugba's as some think
