@Reemz

I don't even watch other shows. I write in forums of only those shows that I like or have some hope/expectation from.

SC is the only show in years which I liked, started watching regularly and started writing about.

Also, I've written long winded threads even drooling in appreciation of the show when I liked it post its first week. It's not like I am writing long winded stuff only bashing it.

You only carefully consider stuff about ones (or things) you like, love or care for. For others I believe one is indifferent and doesn't even bother about what's happening to it.

I have lot of hope from this show. And SLB too. I expect a man of such calibre to give something awesome and new (set off some new trend!) again instead of thinking ki arre others copy my films' formula and make money so why not let me rehash my films and get fame/money/expand business too? I expect from him only because I believe in his talent. For the rest of the people on TV I do not even think they have much talent or potential.

So I don't see anything wrong if I or anyone else sees it minutely and picks out something we find critical or below expectations.

He has shyness, restraint, lack of expressiveness yet deep empathy like Ajay Devgan's character and gets passionate or violent with his love like Salman's character in HDDCS. He has deep love in his heart and also hidden pain just like Ajay and Salman of HDDCS (one had pain of not being accepted by the one he married, another had pain of losing his father earlier and later losing his lady love, whereas in serial, Saras had pain of losing his mother tragically).

The two bitchy women in Saras' house are like the ones in Devdas (his mom and his bhabhi who were forever conspiring and gossiping).

There is a lot of familiarity in SC and its characters and Bhansali's previous films.

The girl's family being jovial and having tendency to break into song and dance every now and then was there in all of Bhansali's films from Khamoshi to Devdas!

And I sure don't like this predictable, typical Bhansali-ism touch in this show. I had hoped for it to be original and fresh.

wooow...totally agree wd evrythng...but the last point...M LOVNG IT!!!😃
