May I dare to say something (everything these days is either construed as either bashing or phangirlship) . I feel SC came with a lot of hype from a celebrated BW production house. But some comparisons are natural. Happens with all shows as you yourself mentioned that it happended with IPK too. People are voicing their first impression. Although their is no excuse for using derogatory statements but i think it is ok to express opinion. After all that is what forums are for. Characters take time to to grow on audience. Both lead actors are doing a fine job of the roles given to them and they will grow on the psyche of people steadily but surely. As expected from a rich Production house, the show hasa huge canvas but I felt the execution lacked originality. Perhaps I expected a lot from the maker of 'Black'. I am reminded that SLB is producing but not directing the show. Hope I have not offended anyone.

Im watching the show. Loved episode 1, but after that not so much. Will hang around for 3 more weeks.

absolutely agree. I joined india-forums because of IPKKND but it ended. For their own sake, people gotta understand that it is a piece of fiction. It entertained us, made us crazy for the leads, and then the show ended. Move on! We loved Sanaya and Barun for their work, and I am pretty sure we will love Jenny and Gautam as well. It's the first week, give them sometime to show us what they got first. Then if someone has a doubt, go ahead and criticize, but in a positive manner.

SC (Gautam) is one of the most handsome men on earth and each show has a different track. So there should not be any comparison between shows. I personally had very high expectation from this show. But later realized, it is very perfectly done but "sofisticated film like drama". It is not a day to day daily life kind of drama, but it is more like SLB thing, which is rather perfect in films, than in TV serials. After watching two episodes, I have stopped watching. I have a plan. After the drama is finished, I will buy DVD and watch the whole story all togather. It will be more enjoyable, than watching a fraction of a novel everyday .

I couldn't agree with you more, i'm glad there's a sensiable arshi fan here that also likes SC. I like them too and i like sanaya in her kushie and gunjan role but shes so over-rated to me and my friends.

P.s i just wanna say that from what i saw i don't think ppl were really bashing SC or the actors just being over critical. Which is a big difference, but being over critical is bad too especially when the show just started.
