Hello everyone! This is my first blog and I am excited to catch up with all of you on this platform. Let me first introduce myself, as you know me, I am Kumud. I come from a middle class family and my parents are into the business of dyes. Lately I have been getting lots of compliments for my long hair. So I have decided to share some of my secret tips with all you beautiful girls. Read on to find out.

It is very important that you follow a healthy lifestyle. Keep a check on what you eat and drink. You should treat your body properly, as it has an effect on your hair.. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and drink more thaneight glasses of water.

Trimming your hair regularly will help you get rid of damaged, dry and split ends. You should remove to inch of hair once in a while. You can a trim your hair from every six-eights weeks to six-eight months.

You should stay away from heat. Don't worry, you can occasionally use flat or curling iron. However, you should minimize heat styling. Also, you can opt for hairstyles, which don't need much heat.

Avoid using elastic bands to tie you hair unless they are covered with fabric.

Don't use a comb or brush on your hair when it is wet. Moreover use wide-toothed combs for longer hair. Also, for detangling your hair using your fingers is always much better. Also, start brushing your hair from the scalp, since it helps in removing the dead skin cells and stimulating hair growth.
