well according to the original story and novel and as picturaised in movie too the thing is true saras is going to marry with kusum in end as when kumud is married to someone else and after sometime she gets widowed then too saras wants to married kumud but kumud does not wants second maariage or widow marriage fiasco in society so kumud tells saras to marry her younger sister if he loved her and eventually saras married to kusum and well the sad ending of the story that's wht they called it muqamal mohabbat kii adhoori dasatan vo pyaar jo poora ho kar bhi poora nahin hain, though i truly hoped slb and creatives changed the mind and the original story line may be that's only time tells

in the original story its khusum who is going to marry saras

i love kusum too. she looks beautiful and her acting looks good too. hoping she gets a good role in the show but not between kumud and saras.

Well I hate to be the one to tell the bad news but infact you are correct. According to the novel, Saras infact does get married to Kusum at the of the whole thing. I don't know if SLB is going to follow the storyline to the T (it's going to cause some major heartbreak for Saras+Kumud fans) but Kumud ends up marrying somebody else and sometime later, when Saras decides to fulfill his fathers promise, he ends up marrying Kusum.

Yes, I find Kusum very very beautiful! Though hope there isn't too much tragedy

In early twentieth century, re-marriage of a separated girl was not acceptable by society.

However beautiful kusum maybe, no way do I want her to Marry saras. I find Jenny to be so much more beautiful and sensual, and my goodness her chemistry with Gautam is on fire. Kusum has no chemistry with saras.

Actlly i thnk that novel belongs to some 19th century if i am correct but we ppl are living in 21st century so i thnk to cop up with we ppl taste slb will surely change the end plot
