actually i got to know this from one of my frnd who somewht knows sum of the cast n crew of SSBN,even i cant understand,how come naina fight the case for akruki as she is just a wedding planner nt a lawyer,well dont worry as i will try to confirm abt it frm her...

I don't know till now is that Naina is a lawyer Poori kahaani lawyers ki oopar he kya

as per my limited knowledge, one can appear in cour without having a degree in law. But i heard apearing for themself only ... I don't know one can appear for anybody else.

Oh.. if Sonakshi is Ayush's lawyer and Naina is for Akruthi, definitely Naina will be crossed by Sonakshi right? She will try to insult her in front of court by showing illegitimate. Sometimes she will ask her papa's name and mother's name. By hearing the true names, Mr Joshi and Supriya will get shocked and the truth will be revealed. ;)

I also don't have idea if Naina can appear in court for Akruthi or not. I don't have much idea abt it. I know one can do the arguments in court without having degee in Law also. Indian Judiciary allows it I think. If my memory is right, such people do their arguments by standing in the cage without wearing the lawyer's coat. But as per my knowledge, the people who apear in court without a help of an advocate are doing the arguments for themselves. I don't know whether it is possible to appear for any other person. Sometimes my idea may be wrong. Lets see.
