Picnic continues...
In the garden:

Lekha and naina get into the garden and see the flowers section. Naina likes flowers very much. Daksh and Sushanth are wandering. There is a camera in Daksh's hand. He takes the photos... while looking through the camera, he found happy Naina talking to flowers. Daksh admires her from far and focuses her and takes a few good snaps. Daksh sees Lekha there and tells her (he smartly diverts Lekha's comments on he took photo of Naina): Lekha, Sushanth Kahan hai... use bulao... kuch ache photo kichvayenge... yeh beautiful place hai..
Lekha feels that it is good idea and calls Sushanth. They take some photos. Then Sushant takes the camera and clicks some good snaps of Dakshna. Then Sushath and Lekha find time for enjoying themselves.
Daksh and Naina walk in the garden. Daksh's left and and Naina's right hand are getting rubbed while they wailking. Daksh looks into Naina's eyes and Naina too. They hold their hand warmly each other and smile, then continue to walk.

when they reach near a bench in the garden where there is no much crowd, they sit on the bench. Time is being evening. Daksh as usual, admires her smile. Naina's hair flies in wind on her forehead. Daksh comes closer to Naina and looks at her eyes warmly and corrects her flying hair. Naina looks at Daksh and slowly falls on Daksh's shoulder. (like when they were alone in the room of Dance teacher's home) Daksh makes her closer and tells: mei ek baat kahoo?
Naina: umm.. bolo...
He holds Naina's left hand warmly.
Daksh: I luv u very much!
Naina: I love you too...

Daksh's phone rings... they both come out fro their world and Daksh attends the call.
Daksh: Ha.. Sushanth
Sushanth: Kahan ho...? Lekha wants to go to the park... can we?
Daksh: Hah... hum abhi ate hai.. [hangs up the phone]
Naina: Naina, ab park jaye? Sushanth aur Lekha vaha hame wait kar rahe hai...
Naina: Park?!!! (happily) hah Daksh, muje bhi jana hai...
Daksh happily: tho udo...

In Hotel:

Naina gets into the room and about to close the door. She gives a look at daksh and Daksh stands looking at her. Naina closes the door to show she is angry. Daksh feels bad and goes to the room. He takes the camera and checks the photos he had taken. Seeing the photo 'happy naina at garden', Daksh feels too bad. He feels he should have to allow Naina to go in swinging wheel. because of him, naina's smile went from her face. he feels too bad. Daksh comes out of the room and goes to the open balcony of the hotel near their room. Meanwhile here in Naina's room she remembers Daksh's sad face at dinner, at door etc. She felt she was too cruel that she didn't wish him good night even. Naina regrets and her heart beat becomes harder. She opens the door and finds sad Daksh standing and looking outside. Naina walks towards him and holds Daksh's shoulder. Daksh wakes up and surprisingly looks at Naina
Daksh: Naina..!!! [with sad face but not showing that to Naina] "tum soyi nahi abhi tak?"
Naina looks sadly at Daksh, with a low sharpen voice: neend nahi aati... [Daksh notices her sadness in her eyes]
naina with louder confronting voice: Neend kaise ati? Good night bhi wish nahi kiya tha na? aise kaise so sakti hoom?

Daksh sighs with a smile.
Daksh with a mischevious tone: Kyon, agar muje good night nahi wish kiya tho, tumhe neend nahi ati hai kya? and this too
Naina does not reply and looks at Daksh with a defeated face. Daksh looks her with a lot of love.
Naina holds Daksh's hand and says: Daksh, I am sorry! mein tumse kuch zyada hi gussa kar diya... voh bhi bina kaaran se... meri vajah se tumhara dil dukhaya hai na?
Daksh holds Naina's shoulder: Nahi.. tumhe bohot mann tha na uspar chalne ka? meine mana karna nahi chahiye tha. tumhara gussa sahi tha...
naina: mere behaviour se tumhe bohot bura laga hai na?
Daksh: koyi baat nahi... ab tum naraz nahi hai na.. (Daksh smiles and comes closer to her.)
naina mischeviously: ab tumhare chehre par muskurahat aya... mera kaam hogaya.. ab mei javoo??
Daksh pulls her towards him by holding her waist: Kaham jate ho? thodi der yehi roko, mere paas.. [Daksh's hands are on Naina's waist]
A cool wind blows and naina gets shrinked... Daksh tighten his arms and asks in very low voice
Daksh: dand lagta hai kya...?
Naina looks at him and does not answer.
Daksh: mere aur paas avo... dand nahi lagega..
Naina keeps looking at him. another cool wind blows... this time Naina's arms round Daksh and hugs him. Daksh also hugs her tightly [background romatic music]
After sometimes, both comes out of their hug. They look at each other's eyes with smile. Daksh takes his hands and holds Naina's face. They are lost in their love. Their smile fades. Daksh lifts Naina's face and bends to kiss on her forehead. Naina slowly closes her eyes. Daksh in passion continue kissing on her closed eyes. [guess camera turns behind Daksh and we cannot see Naina properly] Daksh bends more and twist slightly his head... Naina holds Daksh's shirt tightly. Scene fades...
