Idea bahut badhiya hain...but tell me i just read the links above...which says that advocate joshi will blackmail daskh to marry his daughter against the house case that he is finding...now tell me so far i believe that mr.joshi just tried to scare away that gunda by telling some lie...but koi case to tha hi nahin which he had to fight...so CV's kaisa case aur kaisa blackmail...(if u are trying to show this track...)very confusing state eh...is'nt it...😕

No yaar.. that case is not at all closed I think. That was a temporary settlement. Daksh told that using the fake documents (the original owner of the house is Vidyadhar Padwarthan) they can not do anything. And for that time they had to get a stay order from the court which will take at least one day. So to settle the money first and then move the case on court. Still the original documents on their house are in their hand. They have to get it back. Only after winning the case they will get the documents and their money back.. I think so. And the tored papers can be the Xerox copy of the agreement.
