BBP is still trying to hoodwink the Tiwaris and he says he wishes Pooja were awake and could tell them that he was innocent... and his eyes fall on Pooja staring at the ceiling and he shocked silent. Team Pooja watches his reaction with satisfaction and Arti asks him what happened. He didn't expect her eyes to be open? BBP recovers enough to say her eyes have opened but her family refuses to open their eyes. He again gives Arti the whole night to think things through.
Life is all about perspectives; the way his eyes fell on Pooja could be shocking to some , sympathetic to others. I belong to the latter category- BBP really wished Pooja to recover bcos only she might be able to shed some light on the shooting and the' aftermath fiasco '
At the haveli, BBP finds Rangoli busy packing. She says if the CBI is his grand plan, then she's going to Bangkok for a while because she doesn't want to be caught up in this. BBP says if she leaves then the CBI will be sure she's behind all of it. She's stuck.

Meanwhile the CBI assigns some eccentric officer to the case - he's crazy but that's because he got successful at a young age apparently. But he's also a good officer. When his colleagues go to give him the charge, he's nowhere to be found because he's off lounging roadside, drinking booze in a tuxedo (??? 🤣) quoting attanni ka poetry about being a rule breaker.
Some rich kids conveniently come to a stop next to him, set up a bar on the back of their car (??? 🤣) and start to party. He steals their booze and this makes them angry so they punch and hit him with hockey sticks (??? 🤣) and he takes it all (??? 🤣) and then when he's had the stuffing beaten out of him, he stops them and tells them to run along and never do it again (??? 🤣). They get scared (??? 🤣) and agree.

He appeared more like the man of steel - superman rather than an investigative officer😆 .
The Tiwaris and Billu are eating dinner when Govind Shankar rings the bell. He tells them that Arti has to come sign documents reopening the case. Sumitra is suspicious and Billu says he will go with Arti. GS looks shady and he says there's no space for him, so he can follow in an auto. Arti, who should know better, says ok and goes with him.
There is a scary flashback of BBP telling Arti that she has tonight to think things over before things get worse for her.
On the way, GS tries to make smalltalk and Arti gives him what for as usual and this pisses him off. Suddenly he tells the driver to take some other route and Arti protests because this won't take them to the police station. GS and his flunkies give evil grins.
This part of the episode has irritated me alot. As far as I know , if a woman is taken or called to a police station even for investigative formalities, she should be accompanied with a lady police personnel . How can she be so dumb to travel with male police personnel in the middile of the night ? She rightly deserves the attack on her.
Precap: Govind Shankar and his flunkies abandon Arti in the middle of a deserted road where she's followed by three goons. She runs and gets into a passing taxi and begs the driver to hurry up. He tells her he has a message for her from BBP and throws something he says is acid at her face.

Regarding the attack there are two possibilities- either BBP orchestrated the attack to scare aarti ( he didn't intend to harm her, the acid was just some water😆 ) or SS staged it to incite the anger of the Tiwaris. Personally , I feel BBP won't take such foolhardy step, especially when the spat between the Tiwaris and BBP is now under the scanner of media and public as for any attack on the the Tiwaris , the janta will automatically point fingers on BBP.
