At the academy:
Bhimsen's daughter (the lead dancer and Pooja's friend. Still didn't catch her name) tries her father and finds that he is out of town (which she should have known as they are living in the same house 😛) on some important matter and cannot help but she says there is someone who can help them. She gathers everyone and tells them that Brijbhushan Pandey can help them. He had told Pooja and her that they can call him if they need any help. The others think this is a great idea. And ask Pooja to call him.
At Daddaji's house.
Brij and Shamsher have just entered the house with a tensed expression. Someone informs them that Daddaji hasn't eaten anything since yesterday. Giridhar descends from Daddaji's room with a cronie and taunts them. He asks them if they are happy now that they have broken Daddaji's spirit by asking him to let the Hosengabad (I think this is the name of the Taluk but I am not sure. Someone correct me here.) go. Now he can go up and face Daddaji's wrath.
Brij is about to go up when his phone rings. He doesn't recognize the number and asks Shamsher to receive it.
Its Pooja calling . She asks if she can talk to Brijji, but Shansher says he is busy. She tells him about the academy building burning down and to inform Brijji about it. Shamsher says ok.
Pooja tells the others that she couldnt talk to Briji as he was busy in a meeting. The others then suggest that they can go to the party office and talk.
Krissh is standing apart from the others, but his friends manaos him and tell him to let his ego go for the good of the show. Krissh agrees and they set off for the party office.
At Daddaji's house:
HE is refusing to eat and his wife is fretting about it. Daddaji is watching a news telecast about the academy building burning down but his wife asks him to turn of the tv. As the tv is turned off, Brij enters and asks to speak with him. He says that Daddaji is his Guru. He is the one who guided him till now, showed him the ropes of politics and yet he doesn't share what is in his mind with Brij. He then says that if the Hosengabad seat is so important to him he will make sure that their party gets the seat.
Daddji asks him if he means what he says. Brij says yes. Daddaji is happy and asks for food. She is happy and blesses Brij. As Brij is leaving he hears Daddaji telling his wife to heat the food and to bring achar to go with it. HE smiles and leaves.
When he goes down, he tells Shamsher to begin the preparations for the election in Hosengabad right away. He tells him to call a party meeting right away to plan strategies. Shamsher tries to tell him about the call but Brij tells him for the time being he doesn't want to hear anything that is not party related.
At the party office
Pooja and co reach the party office and find that Briji is not there. The others tell Pooja to at least write her name and give it to the reception so that Brijji will know she had visited the office. She writes her name on a "Requests" (or something like that) slip and gives it to the reception. When she leaves, the person at the reception keeps the slip along with the other slips and shuffles and orders them.
At Panchvati,
Aarti is sitting morosely with Tiwary and Ma. Ma is rueing about what happened to Aarti's cousin. (Her name is Suja I think). Suja even though is educated, beautiful and "guni" is facing all these problems. Tiwary remarks that Aarti is saved from getting married into that family. Ma objects saying what does it have to do with Suja's family.
Aarti says that Siddharth is level headed. He will certainly understand her and decides to talk to him. The other two agree.
On the TV they see Pooja and turn up the volume. THey see the news telecast showing the reporters hounding Pooja and her saying she doesn't know anything tearfully. When they turn off the TV, Tiwary gets up agitated.
He says they have to talk to Pooja right away. "She was so frightened in the telecast. We have to know if she is all right or not."
Ma stops him saying that he is scared himself and will frighten Pooja more. Aarti calls up Maami. Maami tells them that Pooja is not home yet. There is some small talk about the fire. Then, She tells them she will call them once Pooja is home.
Maamaji's place:
Pooja reaches home. Maaamaji quickly ushers her into a chair and her cousin (the boy) pours her some water to drink. Maami sits beside her and enquire about the status. Pooja says she doesn't know but mostly the show will be cancelled. She tried to talk to Brijji but couldn't till now. Maami says that everything will be all right once she talks to Brijji. And further that the fire may have been a blessing. The others look at her and Maamaji scolds her for her wayward tongue. But Maami says that because of this Pooja is now famous. Her friends all called after seeing Pooja in the news.
Pooja doesn't say anything.
Precap:
There is some bomb scare at the party office. Pooja and her friend seeing Brij shout his name but he doesn't see them and gets into a car.
At the academy:
The show starts with the academy director telling the boys and girls that show in all probability may have to be cancelled.
Krissh tells him if he can arrange all the documents again.
The director says that it is not easy. All the bureaucratic procedures take time and anyway till then how will they arrange an auditorium or something in the nearby colleges for their rehearsals? And he doesn't want to spoil his name by putting up a dismal show in Mauritius.
Krissh argues that they have been practicing for so many days. (is it? I can count only 3-4 days. And Pooja didn't even get a chance to prefect her singing).
And everybody is almost perfect. And as far as practice is concerned, they can go to the nearby park or some place and do so.

The director obviously irked forbids it saying if they practice for such a huge show in the park, the media will tear them to pieces. He tells them he will see what he can do and leaves from here.
Krissh being krissh is trembling with anger and says the guy is trying to ok his last two years of service and he is spoiling our show and life. His friends restrain him.
(I know another character hot tempered like him. If anyone watched Maryaada , will know Aditya. They should be introduced to each other.😛)
