This topic is for healthy debate😃 pls

Acc to the last few episodes got to know that Mayank & Charu are not legally divorced

I had too many haunting doubts about the divorce proceedings😳

First of all no divorce is finalized in three days & the husband does not jump into marriage no 2 without checking the facts😕

Both parties get a copy of the divorce deed with the court nullifying the marriage & stamping it( very imp fact )

How come the court never notified Mayank that his divorce is not finalized????

How did Gunjan get the original papers & got Charu to sign the already signed divorce deed (maybe the wrong signature)

Charu can always contest this divorce Coz not filed on mutual grounds

So acc to my opinion Gunjan & Mayank s wedding is not Valid legally ????

Is this a total blooper by the creative team or is it they want to leave the track open for Charu,s Return???? For more drama????😕

This topic is more for the creatives to open their eyes & know the facts abt the legal issues here😆

Just by signing blindly does not end a legal marriage?? Why are the family courts around for ?? To sell bhelpuri & peanuts outside

I agree about the mutual consent thing .. she will be back ..ie once Aanchal is all fit and fine.. and if the CV s have no idea about all these legalities they can open their eyes and read . so what crap have they shown that Mayank and Gunjan were not legally wedded but just living in .. ?? this wont go well with the desi audience am sure .. you cant just discredit the entire consummation and make it a *****

I was at a blur why they showed the judge legally saying Mayank and Charu were divorced then how can her signatures suddenly be false...This is definitely a blooper

Agree that CVS of these dramas never really follow the way divorces are handled in a legal way but they have their own way of portraying a divorce

Guess marriages were always something to joke about for the creatives

now it seems It is the turn of the Divorce to become the Butt of jokes😡

Really anything for drama😡😡 Without thinking how regressively progressive the creatives are😳

Atleast to make it look realistic they could have shown that Charu was faking it abt the wrong signature on the divorce papers only to blackmail Mayank but😡 instead they showed Mayank committed bigamy

Yes!! Looks like to bring Charu again they have left this track open with all of a sudden Charu has become their pet drama queen😉 ( well! She was a Drama queen all the time)😃

So all this time according to the creatives Mayan were just having a live in relationship & still are

The good part of this whole blooper or whatever is that Vikram is leaving FINALLY!!!!😃

To tell you guys the truth. I really don't reconize that so called wedding between Mayank and Charu for one thing Mayank did not know it was Charu he was marrying her. They should have called off that wedding the very next but his silly family force him to live with her thank god he did not sleep with her.😆 Mayank and Charu did not need a divorce the needed an simple annulment for that so called joke wedding.👏

di, they have proved Garg are most stupid and biggest fool. even girl like charu stays in your home for so many days and you don't get any doubt for a month If you are so smart?🤓

I believe MaChar track is still open.Charu will be back for sure to move ahead mayan story. Even I was shocked that what? mayan marriage illegal ?

cvs will bring her again to avoid pregnancy track or may be charu will be back with child and claim it s your child mayank ji.

and for the last , how charu get relief even from jail for the case she was arrested ?

and I want Gunjeev if charu is back next time

CVs are keeping it open ended to make Charu return later...they just love Charu! 🤢

But I agree with all questions, how did the court not notice before that it was a wrong signature?

But Gunjan could have stolen the divorce paper from Charu's room! She made a foolprof plan to expose Charu this time!

Actually these CVs are just 🤢🤢 They were never consistant and so the characters and now these big bloopers and illogical things .. and They might show that machar consumation if they want charu s track to just stretch ... 😳
