Post quitting Sapne Suhane

Yes, this piece of news may make fans of Nikkhil Chaddha really sad and bring out bucket full of tears.

Their dear actor, who won their hearts essaying the role of Vihaan in Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke (SSLK) (Shakuntalam Productions), has finally decided to bid farewell to the much acclaimed show.

"There are a lot of issues which made me come to this conclusion. It was indeed a tough decision but I hope my fans will support me and continue to shower their love like always," a smilingly Nikkhil tells us.

The actor is gung-ho about the stage shows he is going to perform in South Africa and is gearing up to leave for the picturesque country where he is to perform in a special event in Durban on 14 December and Johannesburg the next day along with Rajat Tokas and Paridhi Sharma (Jodha Akbar).

Elaborating on the same, the actor briefs, "Every two months such shows are organised when they take popular actors to South Africa. I am so excited about performing to the biggest dance numbers of the year like Gandi baat, Dhatting, Dhinka Chika and Party all Night. I have been practicing for some time and am sure that my shows would be rocking."

Though the fans of Nikhil in South Africa will be treated to their hearts' content, but what about the fans who are waiting for his comeback on the small screen? "Well, I am in the midst of talks with some producers but am yet to finalise anything. As for SSLK, that's a closed chapter for now. I know the fans are even upset with me for not being active on social networking sites but it gets difficult to explain the situation. All I want to tell my fans is have faith, I'll be back soon'," he answers with his million dollar smile.

The actor has since left for South Africa.
