I have a feeling when she'll come back she will eventually find out Gunjan didnt marry Adi and Maayank and Gunjan are thinking of becoming one again.

And she will find out in order to do this, Maayank is trying to be successful to please Gunjan dad. I think he will try to or successfully foil all his hard work. Like a project or job or something bad so that Akash never gets pleased and he will not give his daughter to Maayank.
