I think they need to give them time to develop a proper friendship first. Gunjan still sees him as a teacher and not as a potential love interest plus she also has unresolved feelings for Mayank. Now this marriage thing for her to deal with. Yes he is developing feelings for her and I think that's because she is more open and outgoing. Also I think he's fighting it too because of the student/teacher dynamic. If the CVs give them time those feelings could grow but first Gunjan needs to deal with all those other issues re: Mayank and her marriage.
