Well, I'm not really impressed with today's episode, but I will look for the silver lining! 😆 The main theme today was certainly secrets!
Secrets

Today's episode was bombarded with secrets, from the young generation, to the older generation. However, one such secret held more importance than the others because it was made between two mature, logical minds in the best interest of the parties involved.
The "hockey secret" between Rajeev and Dayal was definitely more of an act of understanding. Rajeev knew of his mother's reactions and Dayal knew of his daughter's mother-in-law's wishes. So no other words were needed to convey to Rajeev what was expected of him; he immediately responded positively to Dayal's request. This is definitely the hint of the next track or two, where SD will find out about Rachna's hockey skills, and this may very well come out after Rachna is married to the hockey coach! 😉 😆 Since today, Rajeev displayed qualities of a good son-in-law and husband by supporting the wife! [Sharitha Di, please tell me I didn't jinx them?! ]
The Vihaan secret was going on for a while and was quite prominent in the recent episodes. He's certainly not going to take this bravado act of Rohit lightly. He's determined to make this plan successful and he will. Nothing from Rohit's attempts will hinder his plans. Thus, the secret between Rohit and Vihaan is high tech! However, Rohit is burying in guilt and it eventually comes to my aforementioned quote on secrets. The guilt always eats away on the mind and thus we try to correct the mistakes made.
The Chhaya and Gunjan secret seems most harmless and innocent, but the consequences of it will be the gravest of all secrets! Everything will soon be turned against them, leaving no escape route! Indeed, Rachna will be hurt, but she'll be shattered to know that it's her own sister and best friend who are keeping secrets from her! Today, I was very scared to see Rachna get all serious on Chhaya by demanding the truth and questioning Gunjan! It's good that she's becoming observant, but will this new revelation force her to become doubt of the world? It's a scary thought!
The Mayank-Gunjan scene today was very interesting. It seems as if the CVs are trying to send a message across. How do we feel about Mayank-Gunjan as opposed to Vihaan-Gunjan?
The earring belonging to Gunjan's mother fell off when Vihaan was close to her physically but far emotionally; whilst Mayank found the earring whilst Gunjan was close to him emotionally and far physically. This indicates that Gunjan will be lost in Vihaan's touch to notice even the minute and important details, whilst Mayank will be the one to bring her to reality. This will be painful for Mayank emotionally since he experienced physical pain to get the earring.
Gunjan was waiting for Vihaan, but Mayank appeared from the shadows and gave her something that means alot to her. This means that Mayank will somehow redeem himself in Gunjan's eyes but she will move on with Vihaan, since Mayank declared that he had no right to ask her questions and walked away. Gunjan made no attempt to stop him.
The circle that was created between Charu, Sangeeta, Seema and Pihu clearly indicates that they will always be a team forming conspiracies unless someone as level-headed as Prabhu stops them.
No great scene was given to the new entrant as yet. But I'm hoping something will come out of it! 😛
