It was nice to see the rapport between father and son in today's episode. It was apparent that Seema fussed about her son but never took the time to 'chat' with him. So, it was sweet to see the father and son 'heart-to-heart' talk. It was apparent he told the real reason to his father - but with his Tauji Dayal he said he wanted to get a head start with his studies!
Also today's episode kinda indicates that Mayank's relationship with Shail is stronger in some areas than that with Seema, his mother
