Bidaai is Vibha Chibbar's debut serial on Star Plus. She plays the character of Kaushalya (fondly called mami) in the serial. Vibha has been nominated for the Critics choice Favourite Maa category.
Sharing her experience, Vibha says, "Coming from a theatre background, it took me some time to understand the technicalities of the television industry since it is my first time on TV. Bidaai is my first serial and to be nominated in the Favourite Maa category, makes things really happening for me."
About winning the award, Vibha says "If I say winning or losing does not matter I would be telling a lie. Of course, I would want to win it. But only one person can take home the award. Since, the serial has been loved and appreciated by so many people; I have already received my award."
Speaking about the atmosphere on the sets, "It's a combination of generations. We have young people, middle aged people and the older generation. This is the place to be. Sometimes not all of us are required in the scene leaving a few of us out. It feels like part of the family is missing and makes us upset. We have become quite inseparable."
